A fenced vegetable garden and a greenhouse. there is also a good-sized chicken coup large enough to comfortably house several chickens.
There is plenty of storage, shedding and parking on the property. A 6m shipping container currently used for general storage, a double garage and a very large, high roof 4 bay shed which can also be used to house machinery, boats, trailers or additional parking.
The previous owners operated a horse riding/training school so they built a square yard that could easily be adapted to hold goats, alpacas, pigs etc.
