Our large corflute photo signs are 5mm corrugated plastic, weather and fade resistant, and printed in vivid full colour so they stay looking sharp outdoors while your home is on the market.

This package includes everything in our Gold Package, plus a large 841 × 1189 mm corflute photo sign delivered ready for simple self-installation. The sign can feature up to four photos, a clear property description, key highlights, and your contact information for a polished, professional presentation from the street.

Yes. This option is intended for properties outside our signage installation zones, which is generally regional and non-metro areas across Australia. It’s a practical solution when a professionally installed sign isn’t available in your location.

Yes. The sign artwork is professionally designed by our team, and we’ll email you a proof for approval before it goes to print. You can request changes until you’re happy with the final layout.

Once you approve the proof, the sign is sent to print and delivered via courier. Depending on the time of year and delivery volumes, shipping is usually around 5 to 9 days from the day the proof is approved.

Yes. If your property is located within a metro location (inside our installation zones), you have the option to upgrade for $150 extra to a 1200 × 900 PHOTO sign (as pictured on the page), which can be professionally installed on your property.

Absolutely. Our service is designed to be DIY and user-friendly, but homeowners can have as little or as much help as they need. Our team can assist online and by phone, and we also have helpful tutorial videos that walk you through the steps.

Yes. Listings and edits are reviewed and checked before publishing to help ensure they align with relevant state or territory laws and guidelines, along with portal requirements. If anything needs adjusting, our team will flag it so it’s corrected before it goes live.

To protect homeowners and help keep listings compliant, we may request proof of ownership documents. This typically includes photo ID and a current council rates notice for the property. Our team will contact you if these are required, and in some cases, we may also phone you for additional verification.

Your online price can be updated at any time. For the sign, it’s usually better not to print a price unless you’re confident it won’t change. Many sellers leave the price off the sign and focus on features and making it easy to enquire.
