Photographers can be at your property within 1 to 3 business days. Once your photographer has returned your photos to us, we will email you a Download link where you can access your photos.

 

Our Team will then create a photo sign proof, which will be emailed to your for your approval.

Upon approval your sign will be professionally installed on your property for you. Your additional Open Home signage, flags & brochures will also be delivered straight to your front door via Australia Post. For properties in regional areas or outside installation zones, your photo sign will be printed on large 1189 x 841mm weatherproof corflute and delivered to you for easy self-installation.

Your property will then be listed on realestate.com.au & Domain.com.au + Australia’s other leading Real Estate websites & will be listed with our service until Sold!

  3. As this package includes professional photography, simply skip the ‘upload photos’ section and go straight to the payment section.
  4. Once your package has been purchased, our team will email you to find the best days & times you’re available to arrange access to the property for the photographer.
  5. We use our large database of professional Real Estate photographers Australia-wide to book in your Property photos at the arranged time.
  6. Your Open Home flags, signage & brochures will be posted to you directly via Australia Post.
  7. Once the photos have been edited & made to look fantastic! – We will then upload these to your listing for you & create a proof copy of your photo sign that will be emailed to you for you approval.
  8. Once you’ve approved the photo sign via email (you can make changes to suit your liking), the Photo sign will be sent off for installation.
  9. Your Home is now ready for the Property Market! – We launch your listing online & you start receiving buyer calls & enquiries.
  10. When you have successfully SOLD your property, you can simply log in to your account to change the property status to ‘SOLD‘.
