Read our Step-by-Step Guide below to advertising on realestate.com.au
1. Choose a 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' package.
When advertising on realestate.com, properties are displayed under either the “Buy” or “Rent” tabs. You can choose from our packages what best suits you from our menu tab at the top of this page.
2. Create your listing for realestate.com.au online.
Whilst your listing will be published on realestate.com.au (and all other websites), the creation of your listing is done with us here at SaleByHomeOwner.com.au. We then publish your listing across all of our subscriber websites. You’ll be able to access, edit and update your listing at any stage. So feel free to login and change the wording or photos around as often as you like.
3. Check your property advertisement before it goes live online.
Make sure your ad is well laid out, additionally, ensure there are no spelling or grammar errors. Sort your photos in any order by dragging and dropping the photos from left to right.
4. Publish your listing to realestate.com.au
Once you have finished creating your ad, our team will then review your listing to make sure it is compliant with realestate.com.au's Acceptable Terms of Use Policy and we'll then publish the ad online.
5. Respond to enquiries.
When an enquiry is made on your property, you will receive either an email notification or a phone call from the prospective purchaser/tenant. You will need to respond to the enquiry and arrange a time for a property viewing. Once you negotiate the Sale or Rental your property, you can change your property status to 'under contract' or 'sold'.
6. Changing the status of your listing.
Finally, once you have found a buyer or tenant for your property, you’ll be able to change the status to ‘under contract', 'sold', or 'leased'. You can do this by logging in to your property dashboard and selecting 'Change Property status'.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our service is one off, upfront fee. We do not charge any additional or hidden fees. We do not charge 'ANY' commission on the Sale or Rental of your property.
