
1. Choose the rental package from our Home Page.
Our standard rental package includes realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au & other websites. Listed until leased. a
2. Take photos of the property.
If you've already got photos, then thats great, feel free to skip this step. Your photos don't need to be professionally taken for rentals, as your highly likely to get interested renters from standard or iphone photos.
3. Create your rental listing and upload your property photos.
Once your listing has been paid for and you've created an account with us, you can create your ad. Simply put in the property address, create a title, write a description, the asking rent per week (price), & the bond amount.
4. Now you're ready to go online!
Your ad is now ready to go live. double check your spelling and make sure you have everything correctly inserted before saving.
5. Your rental will be listed and live on realestate.com.au & all other websites
Upon going live, your property can now be seen by prospective tenants. Tenants will get in touch by making an email enquiry, or phoning the number you have provided when listing. Your property will now be listed on realestate.com.au (& other websites) until leased.
6. You've found your tenant, signed a lease & can remove your listing
Once your tenant has been found, simply go to the 'Manage Rental listing' section in your dashboard and alert our team that your property has been leased & we'll remove your listing from online. Simple!
